BETASEAL™ - When your original windshield was installed by your car’s manufacturer, it was probably installed with urethane adhesive. Urethane adhesives are used to install windshields in nearly all domestic autos and two thirds of all vehicles manufactured worldwide. All aftermarket BETASEAL adhesives are FMVSS crash proven and meet long-term durability requirements for structurally bonded/direct glazed automotive glass, such as windshields, backlites, quarter glass and other stationary glass. They also are used for attaching hardware to glass and backfilling to install reveal moldings or other trim.
